THE ROLE: To provide personal lending services to new and existing customers. To ensure that all customer calls and correspondence are handled in professional and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and within defined Service Level Agreements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Receive and process applications for new loans and associated financial products from multiple channels*sources. Employ product knowledge as trained to meet customer needs. Take and employ responsibility for handling customer`s confidential information. Be aware and strive to achieve excellent customer service. Contribute ideas*suggestions for continuous improvements in systems and procedures within the centre. The ability to work in a paperless environment.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Customer focus A positive and helpful attitude Good communicator- verbal and written Ability to work under pressure whilst holding a professional manner Self motivated Ability to work on own initiative Trustworthy Knowledge of Microsoft Word and or other related packages
